Once Upon a Time

(I've addicted to this very old song for quite the last few days now (among others)...)

Because sometimes we all need to spend sometime just for us, just to mend from the words and from the wounds (but maybe they're all the same); sometimes we just need to be alone, like now, like today.
"If I say I'm sorry, would you believe me?" Of course I would... Or maybe not. Maybe because I know you don't want to hurt but you seek to feel me grieving. Just as much as you. Or just a little bit less.
That's why I forgive.

One day "I'll say goodbye." Or maybe not, maybe all I want is for you to be happy even if that costs me everything. Even if I have to be unhappy. Maybe all I want is to be with you, no matter how much it melts my will, my defenses, my heart. Maybe that's why I like you this much; so much that I come to forgive you time and time again...
